My being fatter and fatter by the hour is weighing down on me. There’s a study that says the more depressed you are, the more you’ll gain belly fat. But the bigger my belly gets, the more depress I become. It’s a vicious cycle!

I really can’t blame people who think I’m preggers because my tummy looks six months on the way. Seriously, I have an officemate who is five months pregnant and my stomach is bigger than hers.

I told Johnny that I really want to slim down. ‘What for?’ Because girls who will have a crush on you will wonder what you saw in me. ‘Your big tummy!’ Hahaha!

Last Wednesday I went out with thesismate Rona and fellow Upscans Rey and Bernie. We planned to see a movie but the line was incredible. First-day screening of Eclipse, wrong timing.

We ate at Red Mango and Amici. How are you supposed to get thin when there’s food like Almond Banana Waffle with Yogurt and Merry Berries gelato cake?

My uncle gave me one. But his wife was quick to wash her hands of this supposed gift. So what do I make of it?

I can’t help but get offended. Yes, I feel like I’m floating aimlessly in life and maybe I am. But this round thing with an arrow pointing north is a slap in the face, handing down a verdict that my decisions are wrong.

Whoa, that’s a good four weeks!

Well, I mostly slept during my days off and left shop duties to my beloved. Okay, I occasionally helped when he complained. I’m such a sloth.

I spent a night catching up with three college buddies–the NatDem Financial Times editor, the livin’ the life public servant and the church bells are ringing return student.

After that, I went to Baguio for the cooperative trainer’s training. We ate every three hours! The Inquirer co-op delegation includes Joel N., Noel P., Noli N., Joel C., Chito D., Ernie S., and Noemi M. I gorged on chicharong bulaklak at Ebai’s. Bought my first malong. And, uh, learned the basics of training? Spent a good three days there.

Got authentic software licenses through the Microsoft i-Cafe program. Thanks to the financial help of a friend.

Fringe and Glee ended Season 2, what am I supposed to do with my life now? Fox, give me my TV shows soon!!!
